Gold alloy sheathing in the shape of a cap for a tooth shaped bead/pendant. There is a hole punched on either side from the outside. The cap is slightly curved to one side and the top is almost flat. (Designated A-F by location in photo from left to right)

There are some brown accretions on the interior surface and the gold is slightly torn in a few places at the opening. The corner at the top is also torn (?) along the edge in a couple places. Likely coated with clear coating.
