Note: Condition Review
Fragmentary and extremely delicate. The head is broken off from the body and the headress is broken off and held on only by the enriched gold surface layer. At some break edges the gold surface is all that remains, curling up or hanging loose. The entire interior is black and mineralized and both the arms are missing as well as the bands on either side of the legs and head, which may have been part of the frame. Pinkish accretion on surface
Note: Follow-up Notes
Conservation required Re-packaging required. Extremely corroded and brittle. Would minimize handling if possible and most analyses would not be useful as structure is too deteriorated
