Rounded cast bell with oblong suspension loop on top over a discontinous ring. Rounded body with slit extending about half way up both sides. Clapper present on interior.

Light brown accretion in crevices. There is a patch of adhesive on the numbered side with a small piece of torn card or paper still attached, likely from past display or storage.

Dendrites visible at top. Possible difference in composition between lighter colored crevices and gold surface (difference between burnished and unburnished?) X-ray would be interesting as part of interior is solid
