Round gold disk (15cm diam). with no decoration other than four punched holes at the top, punched from numbered side (front) to back. 110g. ~0.016-0.017" thick at outer edge.

Good condition. There are some scratches and a crack in the edge at 11 oclock. There is a red accretion/residue on the back side between 6-7oclock
