Note: Object Description
Round disk with convex embossed center and border with two incised circles around the circumference with a pattern of diagonal double lines between the two lines. There is a punched pattern of dots around the outer edge and inner edge of the border. There are two punched holes punched from the front (convex side/un-numbered side) to the back. 12cm diam.

There are several tears along the edges. There are several gouges in the surface and a light brown accretion in the crevices. There is a blob of adhesive or an accretion (?) a little off-center at 4oclock.
