Note: Research Notes
Does not fit typical Veraguas style for frog
Note: Condition Review
The interior appears black and mineralized and the gold surface layer is peeling off at the edges. Fragile. The pendant is covered in hard, bulky green corrosion and brown accretions. The PL arm is broken off and retained separately in polyethylene bag. The snake on the PL side of head has broken off and is missing. Where visible, the gold surface appears slightly scratched
Note: Follow-up Notes
Followup Special Possible pseudomorph. Broken leg can be analyzed by ESEM-EDS to help determine whether bulky corrosion may be pseudomorph
Note: Analysis Recommendations
